Our pastor Phil Arthur is back from his holidays and this morning returned to the letter from James chapter 4 and verses 1 to 3. You can listen to it here or, find the complete series here.

Thought for the week:
Everything Scripture teaches about sin and redemption assumes the literal truth of the first three chapters of Genesis. If we wobble to any degree on the truth of this passage, we undermine the very foundations of our faith.

With our pastor still away on holiday, this morning’s service was taken by one of our church officers Steve Walker. He preached from Luke’s Gospel chapter 23 contrasting the responses of the 2 thieves crucified with the Lord. Listen to this sermon here.

Many people…do not want absolutes in doctrine and ethics, simply because absolute truths and standards demand absolute acceptance and obedience.
